Urinary incontinence, or the loss of bladder control, is a common occurrence affecting nearly 10-13 million people every year. The condition is often neglected by patients because they may think it is a normal part of aging, they assume there isn’t anything they can do about it, or they are too embarrassed to seek medical advice. In reality, the condition is very common and in many cases it can be treated and resolved completely. There are several different types of urinary incontinence, and treatment depends on the type and severity of the condition.

If you would like to learn more about urinary incontinence, including diagnosis, complications, and treatment, listen to our podcast below.
